At Partouche Air Group, our mission is to provide the highest quality of private air travel. The Marketing Manager will bring their marketing and leadership talents to develop, implement, and lead marketing strategies, activities, and policies for the company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee business reviews, competitive analysis, customer and consumer research to
glean insights into developing brand positioning, product and marketing plans, and
creative campaigns
- Develop and manage marketing budgets
- Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and
deadlines
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs,
new product introductions and other marketing projects
- Guide social media strategies measuring ROI while increasing reach
- Direct public relations, events, and corporate communications
- Work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other
departments, vendors and clients
- This highly-visible position reports to the company’s CEO and leads the strategic brand
management for its B2C and B2B channels.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience growing a brand/company to strong market presence and significant revenue
- A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated
risks
- A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a
fast-paced and highly-fluid environment
- A creative eye and genuine curiosity for innovative opportunities to connect with our
community
- Holistic brand thinker who appreciates and invests in the entire process, from marketing
to driving loyalty
- Experience/knowledge in the private aviation industry is a plus but not a requirement.
